Transform the table normalizing it into 4NF. The store sells baseballs, basketballs, and golf equipment. I believe the problems with the table are

- Address and email are combined into a single field - Customer email subscription is multivalued - Product is not dependent on customer but is included in the same table / relation - Product information is repeated - Order information is repeated 

I'm not sure if i'm missing something so if you see any problem I missed; that would be helpful to know. If possible can you show the steps taken to get to 4NF.
