Trial Closes

There are many things to consider when attempting to close a sale, however most important to remember is that closing a sale is the process of helping buyers make a decision that will ultimately benefit them.

Directions: Review the Chapter $12$ in the textbook, specifically Exhibit $12\mathrm{.}11.$ Identify three closing techniques that you might be able to utilize during the sales presentation and provide a few points or specific examples of when to attempt that type of close.
