You work at the head office of a large furniture company. A customer emails you to say that one week after he purchased your wardrobe, the retail outlet where he bought it reduced the price by $$125$ dollars. He would like you to refund the difference. Write an e$-$mail addressing this customer's concerns and instructing him that in order to receive an adjustment, he will have to provide you with his mailing address and a copy of his purchase receipt.

You are the Sales & Marketing Co$-$ordinator at an international shipping company. Your boss has put you in charge of coordinating the planning team for this year's company barbeque. The planning team is made up of Sales and Marketing representatives from all divisions of the company. Using the assertive voice, write an email to your team members requesting that everyone volunteer for one of the follow committee positions: decorations, activities, food, and publicity. Specify a deadline date by which everyone must respond. Following the creation of this committee, there will be a scheduled conference call during which the details of deliverables, budgets and deadlines will be outlined.
