1. Within sixty days after the election of directors, any officer of the corporation shall submit to SEC the names, nationalities, shareholdings and residence addresses of the directors elected.
2. The non-holding of elections shall be reported to SEC within sixty days from the date of the scheduled election and specify a new date for the election which shall not be later than sixty days from the scheduled date.
