Trusted Union ('TU') is a sufficiently representative trade union within Door Manufacturers ('DM'). However, there is another trade union that represents the majority of employees within DM. During the annual negotiations for a wage increase, TU requested DM to disclose certain information to enable the trade union to effectively engage in collective bargaining. DM refused to disclose this information. Discuss whether TU was entitled to get the information from DM and whether DM is obliged to disclose any information which is requested by the trade union.
