Trying to figure out how to read a program and scan it for specific words and and filters the rest. The problem is below.

I removed the name of the text file and am not able to attach it, but will be able to figure that part out.

Using Python at least Python 3.

Write a program that reads the CSV text file. It then scans the file for lines where the "DrainageAreaMeasure/MeasureValue" column IS NOT EMPTY, and writes those lines out to stations-filtered.csv
