Tuckerman's model of team development Although we all had different viewpoints on the same issue, our team couldn't agree on how to manage a project. But instead of tackling the disagreement right away, the team members agreed to forego conflict and work together to find a compromise solution. The team lead directed the conversation about how to tackle the project. Though the decision-making process lacked creativity, the team managed to come to a consensus and move the project forward. Throughout the meeting, team members were able to effectively communicate with each other. Everyone was given the chance to voice their opinions and perspectives, and everyone received important information. When the team used its diversity, viewpoints were taken into consideration.
