On Saturday, 01^st December John Fury, a motor mechanic by profession, places an advertisement in a local newspaper as follows:

'CAR FOR SALE: Mercedes-Benz in excellent condition. One owner. Owner Price 35,000." Will be sold to the first person who sends his offer in writing to: 208 Waimanu Road, Suva.

On Sunday, 02^nd December, Lovely, a newly licensed driver, sees the advertisement and posts a letter stating that she wants to buy Fury's Mercedes-Benz for $32,000. Lovely requested Fury to keep the offer open till Sunday 09^th December. Fury receives Lovely's letter on Tuesday, 04^th December, and writes back saying: "No problems, Lovely! I will keep the offer open."

On Monday morning, Wilder, Fury's acquaintance, passes the local news agent's office on his way to the gym. He sees the advertisement and recognises the address. On his arrival at the gym, he immediately sends Fury an email to the email address that he provided him with when they first met (at the gym two years ago), stating that he is willing to pay $35,000 for the car. Fury never receives the email as he no longer works for the WBC after turning professional.

On Monday afternoon, Mike, also Fury's acquaintance, is told by Joshua that Klitschko had bought Fury's Mercedes-Benz for $34,000. On the same evening, Mike writes and posts a letter of offer to buy Fury's car for $35,000.

On Wednesday evening Fury meets his friend Evander for dinner and over the course of the meal, Fury promises to sell the car to Evander for $33,000.

Advise Fury as to whether he is contractually bound to Lovely, Wilder, Mike, and Evander.
