Question 1.

There were several methods for drafting the Constitution of a country in the Pacific Region before independence. For instance, in regards to Fiji its first Constitution was done by the Parliament of Great Britain, whereas in Samoa by a locally convened Assembly or Convention.

Which method do you support and why.

Fiji follows the Westminster system of Governance where they are three arms or branches of Government.

In your word explain what those three branches are, while referring to the 2013 Constitution of Fiji.
