The HELPING variable collects information on why Nursing assistants (NA) choose their profession because they like to help others, and the SEX displays information on NAs' demographic data?gender. Both variables are at the nominal level of measurement. While the SEX variable is already clear that contains only relevant information (male and female), HELPING has four potential answers, yes, no, do not know, and not ascertained. For concise analysis, the last two unclear answers will be marked as missing data (DK, Not ascertained/Blank. Not applicable) along with already missing data.
