Two software rms, 'Titanic' and ESatanic', having ten members each. amalgamate their business by an oral contract between the partners. The newly created rm, titled polyphonic, then starts doing its business of importing television from China and Korea. Accordingly, 'Polyphonic' enters into a oontract with 'Sarnsung' to supply 2000 televisions of its latest model. However, Samsung failed to deliver televisions in time. Polyphonic tried to bring legal action against Samsung to claim compensation, but Samsung claimed that the contract was not valid as per the law, since Polyphonic was a rm, not a company. In the mean time, one partner of the Polyphonic, who was originally a partner of the rm 'Titanic', suddenly died due to cancer. Therefore, the eat-partners of 'Satanic' claimed that the Polyphonic has automatically dissolved due to such death since the new contract does not have any clause regarding death of any partner. But Polyphonic ultimately ignored such claim and entered into a contract with two more partners with a new prot sharing ratio.
