Click on the Query Design in the Create tab. Add the Empl table in the Design grid. Click on the Totals option to insert the Total row in the query grid and select the Group By option in the Total row. Select the field containing titles in the Field row. Select the Ascending or Descending order in the Sort row. Glick on the Make Table option which shows a dialog box. Enter the name of the one-field table in the Table Name box and click on Ok. Finally, click on the Run button which creates a new table with the specified field. This field consists of values from the field of the table from which it is created as shown in the figure below
