U$.$S$.$ Customs and Border Protection $($CBP$)$ is required to file a Notice to Airman $($NOTAM$)$ about scheduled operations of small Unmanned Aircraft Systems $($sUAS$).$ CBP has established and tested the air space $$deconfliction process,$$ which seeks to reduce the risk of collision between aircraft through notification of sUAS operating locations, via NOTAM, to all area aviation, including general$/$commercial aviation. The operating location of the sUAS, as defined in the NOTAM, includes a point $($in airspace$)$ and the minimum radius required to operate.
