To gather a comprehensive understanding, you must explore various aspects such as objectives, stakeholder identification, program design, evaluation criteria, data collection methods, challenges, context, feedback, communication, and sustainability. In the context of program evaluation, particularly within diverse communities, understanding stakeholders' faith and its relevance to their perspectives and experiences can be crucial. This consideration is not only a matter of cultural competence but also ensuring the evaluation process is comprehensive and respectful of all influences on stakeholders' views and behaviors. Faith can indeed play a significant role in shaping individuals' values, behaviors, and perceptions. In many communities, faith-based beliefs influence decisions about health, education, social interactions, and more (Koenig, 2012).
