Undertake Threat of new entrants (Porter's 5 Forces analysis) to determine how much profit potential exists in the industry in which your selected business operates. If you select a conglomerate (that operates in multiple industries) select one industry as the focus of your analysis (for example, if you were to select GE (General Electric) you could undertake an analysis of their operations in Healthcare, or Renewable Energy). This project is worth 15% of  your course grade.
