Unfortunately, I'm working on this with another trader who I can't get hold of and, therefore, can't confirm the latest version is up-to-date. The client has a meeting in 10 minutes. How should I respond?Keep trying to contact the trader to ensure that you can send the latest presentation version with the most up-to-date information.Let the client know that the presentation will be sent once you hear from the trader and be sure to apologise for the delayIf the latest version of the presentation is usable by the client I would send it across now, informing them that some elements may be out of date.
