Teams are found in many different areas. They can be in your current organization, a past employer, a sports team, or a grocery store. For this assignment, you will choose two teams that you are familiar with and compare and contrast those teams

Choose two teams that you are familiar with.

Compare and contrast the two teams.

Discuss the following:

o Roles and responsibilities.

o Team cultures.

o Complexity of the tasks each group would face.

o Types of interdependence between people/groups.

o Team composition, i.e., the best skill sets comprise the members of each given group.

o Team size.

o Shared vision of the team.

o Are the members committed, compliant, resistive, or possibly even disengaged performing in that team?
