Part II: Immunization Guidelines

According to the Centers for Disease Control's guidelines and immunization schedule for children, there are 11 possible vaccines that can be administered from birth through 6 years of age. In the table below you will provide information regarding 10 of these vaccines, when the vaccines are to be administered, symptoms of the disease vaccinated against, any contraindications and precautions for the vaccine, and at least one other detail you find to be important about each vaccine.
