Research on the Internet and locate two job interviews $($on YouTube$$or other sites$).$ You will locate two job postings $($CareerBuilder$,$ Monster$,$ Indeed$,$ etc.$)$ for the positions the job interviews were for.

Review the job posting $($job description$),$ assess the candidate$$s job interviewing skills, and provide an analysis of how effective a candidate they are.

Indicate any background screens or additional testing you would use to determine the most qualified and best candidates for the position.

This report should be $35$ double$-$spaced pages with appropriate supporting citations and references acknowledging the sources of your information.
