1. After learning about the correctional system in the United States, do you agree or disagree with prison privatization? Do you think it would work for one type of facility (i.e. local, state, or federal) more than another? Explain your stance.

2. Should correctional workers be responsible for making sure that inmates have adequate medical care? Do you think they should be responsible for providing CPR, first aid, and handling hazardous materials such as body fluids? Explain your answer.
