Unity Union has achieved recognition from Danbam Ltd. (after this refers as Danbam). As the exclusive bargaining agency in respect of such categories of employees who are eligible for membership thereof employed by the company, the Unity Union want to proceed with collective bargaining process. Therefore, as Unity Unions secretary, Anna prepared a union proposal for a collective agreement to be submitted with an invitation of collective bargaining to the management of Danbam.

As per decided in the union meeting, Anna includes in the proposal, items related to the increment of wages, the dismissal and reinstatement of a workman by an employer as well as the promotion by an employer of any workman from a lower grade or category to a higher grade. The agreement shall be deemed to have come into effect on 1 January 2018 and shall continue to remain in force until 31 December 2020 and thereafter, until superseded by a new agreement. However, she forgot to include in the proposal a procedure for modification and termination of the agreement.
