University wants to develop a Mobile Application for the Universitys website along with all the features for e-learning in its innovative First Year Model. This will allow students to access their e-mails, lecture notes, in/after-class activities and many other features. The university wants to launch this App in January 2019.

You have just completed your Bachelors studies and got an opportunity to prove yourself competent to work for the Universitys Project Management Office along with three other new-comers. As a first challenge, you have been placed on board, as a group of four, towards managing the initiation, development and testing of the project. You need to produce a concise project document portfolio based on the University's requirements.

Project Execution & Closure Document, which shall include;

• A staff management plan
• A team contracts
• A project progress report covering quality control, scope changes, risks and issues etc. Students will also be expected to demonstrate stages in the development of the App.
• The Project Closure Documentation should be a finalization report comprising information related to maintenance, disaster recovery procedures, project sign-off and lessons learnt etc.
