Unnormalized tables come in many forms including lists in cells or repeating columns. Be sure to account for this when converting to 1NF.

2NF is all about keys. It is critical to determine the (almost guaranteed to be composite) key of the table before attempting to convert to 2NF.

Try to find the best column as a determinate. Generally these are labeled as IDs, codes, or numbers. Do not use names or descriptions as determinants.

Remember to put ALL!!! parts 1NF-2NF-3NF. Label Each Section 1NF-2NF-3NF
