1. Until recently, a valued employee has been just that a model for other employees to emulate. Lately, however, this employees production has been lackluster at best and behavior somewhat, but obviously erratic. The employees attendance and attitude has also been negative.    2. Explain precisely and in detail how you would approach this employee and what you would say. Explain your purpose, strategy, and expected potential outcomes. Explain also what your action would be if the desired outcome was not achieved within your time frame to be identified specifically by why you here for the expected results to be met.
