Lot Grading

On the plan provided, determine the lot type and complete the lot grades for lots $119,120,121,122,$ and $123.$ Ensure grades are calculated along both lot lines for each lot. The following information shall be calculated and written on the plan provided:

$$ Lot type $($A$,$ B$,$ C$,$ D$)$

$$ Lip of gutter elevations and grades within cul$-$de$-$sac.

$$ Cul$-$de$-$sac center elevation.

$$ Front of lot elevations.

$$ Intermediate elevations along property lines.

$$ Sanitary service elevations $($service locations indicated on drawing$).$
