U.S. based automaker ABC motors (this is a hypothetical one) is building new plants in Germany and Vietnam to sell its new electric cars directly to European market and Asian market, respectively. As a compensation specialist for the company, you are tasked with designing compensation for the new plant workers.

The company decided to send some of its US managers to the new plant in Vietnam to supervise its local workers.
