Write an application that can be used to count the frequency of characters in a paragraph.

Allow the user to input several sentences using a graphical user interface. Display the count for nonzero characters. Use an array as part of your solution. Include appropriate exception- handling techniques so that if the program attempts to access an element outside of the bounds of the array, the exception is handled.
