Use Case: Request Worker Report

Primary Actor: Maintenance Manager

Goal in context: The maintenance manager wants to view a report on the performance of a worker.

Stakeholders:

Maintenance Manager: wants to view a report on the performance of a worker

Worker: wants to know their performance

System: responsible for generating and displaying the report

Preconditions:

Maintenance Manager is logged in

Worker has been assigned to jobs during the specified time period

Trigger: Maintenance Manager requests a worker report

Scenario:

The system displays a list of workers.

The maintenance manager selects a worker from the list.

The maintenance manager enters the dates for the report (from, to).

The system gets all the jobs assigned to the worker during the specified time period.

The system displays the jobs and calculates statistics about the worker's performance.

Alternative Scenario: 4a. If the worker does not have jobs during the specified time period, the system displays an error message.

Postconditions:

The maintenance manager has viewed a report on the performance of the selected worker.

Each student will draw an activity diagram based on the use case template you submitted on stage 2.
