Write a program that reads data from the specified file and stores the output in the file Output_LastNameFirst.dat. For each employee, the data must be output in the following form: firstName lastName oldSalary PercentPayIncrease and the updatedSalary.

You much use the setprecision() function thats part of the iomanip library.

Format the oldSalary with (.00) two decimal places.

Format the PercentPayIncrease with (.0) one decimal places.

Format the updatedSalary with (.000) three decimal places.

Submit "screen shot" image and edited output_LastNameFirstName.cpp file.
