Each line of the file contains one student and their 4 test scores.

You will need to read each line of the file, calculate the students average test score, and write their name and average to a file called studentTestAverages.txt.

You must have exception handling for the following: *FileNotFoundException when opening the files * If user enters wrong file name, allow them to re-enter it * InputMismatchExcpetion or NumberFormatException when reading from the file * If this exception occurs, it displays and error message and the program ends. *studentTestAverages.txt is empty
