For this project you are to create a simple game of Tic-Tac-Toe (X's and O's) The new feature of this project is that the game will be multiplayer across two different Processes. You will use sockets to coordinate between the two processes.

You also need to include in your submission a README.txt file with the instructions to run your program (it isn't as easy as running a single program remember).

GUI not needed, just the simple form of the java program.
