Write a program that prompts the user to enter the month and the year and displays the number of days in any of the 12 months. Include the month name in the output. For example, if the user enters a month of 1 and the year 2020, the output will be: January has 31 days. If the user enters a month of 2 and a year of 2020, the output will be: February has 29 days If the user enters a month of 2 and a year of 2019, the output will be: February has 28 days. Use (year %4 ==0) to see if the year is evenly divisible by 4 and hence a leap year
