$2-$ Collect form data using PHP application after submitting an HTML form with method$=$"post".

$3-$ Check $($using PHP$)$ if any input is empty or not. If it is empty, then print an error message $($e$.$g$.,$ Name is empty$).$ If not, print the value that entered by the user.
