For instance, if your project is building a house, you might have the following list of deliverables: * Constructable piece of land * A house * Yard A parking garage * Funding The objectives of your project will determine the critical details of each deliverable. or instance, if one of your goals is to have a new house that will provide a bedroom for each of your three kids, then the house will have 4 bedrooms instead of three or five.

1. List and describe at least 6 of the deliverables of the project. 2. Create a Network Diagram like the diagram below and replace the three example goals in the following diagram, with three goals from the list you created for your project. Next, replace the six deliverables associated with your project objectives.

Project Scope Statement:

You are going to create a scope statement for your project. The scope of the project defines what is included and what is excluded. For example, if your project is landscaping the backyard, what the scope of the project includes the installation of low voltage lighting, a stone patio, outdoor furniture, or a swimming pool? The inclusion or exclusion of these elements is going to increase or decrease the time and money required to complete the project.

Next, create a project in the field of application of the declaration for the establishment of a solid agreement between the project manager and the sponsor to clarify what the work is to be in the project. More specifically, the scope of the project is defined as the development of a common understanding with the sponsor and key stakeholders, as to what is included or excluded from a project. Typically, this includes all the products needed to be created to meet all of the objectives of the project. An example of a product that could be a pool with a heater for the water as part of a landscaping project. The results of any product or service that occurs as part of the project. Deliverables could include administrative products such as schedules, reports, programs, software, buildings, or computer network depending on the type of project.

3.List all key objectives and outcomes that will clearly be part of the project (minimum of three). 4. List two deliverables that would be part of the project; however, you explicitly exclude them from your project as project manager. 5. Create business case for a project. 6. Summarize the project using the business case text that you just created above. 7. List the key objectives for completing the project from the business case you created. Ensure that the objectives meet the criteria of the SMART objective. 8. List the six specific deliverables to be included in the project (about 250 words). Example: This building project will involve the removal of debris from the construction site. Example: This new business start-up project will involve securing bank financing. 9. List two specific deliverables that could be included but are not included in the project. Be sure to include the reason why the two potential deliverables were not included. (about 60 words per deliverable) Example: A second garage separate from the house could be part of this home building project. 10. List one acceptance criteria for each of the deliverables and the quality of each deliverable (about 60 words for each deliverable). Example: This race car project will produce a vehicle with a top speed of more than 150 mph. Example: The new website project will be able to handle 200 concurrent visitors without any noticeable reduction in response time.

Choose two tasks from the WBS, select tasks that are complex or unique in some way. Fill in the following components for both tasks:

Next, identify the tasks required to be completed for the production of project deliverables. Select one of the deliverables and provide the following information:
