Generally, a steganographic message will appear to be something else: a picture, an article, a shopping list, or some other message. This apparent message is the cover text. For instance, a message may be hidden by using invisible ink between the visible lines of innocuous documents. The advantage of steganography over cryptography alone is that messages do not attract attention to themselves, to messengers, or to recipients. An unhidden coded message, no matter how unbreakable it is, will arouse suspicion and may in itself be incriminating, as in countries where encryption is illegal. When we use the RGB values (red, green, blue) there are over 16 million different colors. The human eye cannot always distinguish between all of them. Therofore, it is possible to make small changes to an image which a human will not detect but a computer can. This is what I am asking you to do. You will encode a black and white secret picture into a regular picture. Then you will extract the secret picturo out of the encrypted picture Each of the RGB values is a number from 0 to 255. If you represent it as a binary number, it is 8 bits long. The idea is to use the least significant bit (the ones placo) to store some information. Luckily, you only need one bit (the secret picture is black and white)
