Simply stated, the goal of this paper is to look at the issue of gun violence in America and evaluate ways to reduce its occurrence. There is a clear need for further research on the topic since it has many aspects, which include legislation, psychological health, and culture.

2. Background: Gun violence has been a persistent matter in America for decades, with the country feeling higher rates of "firearm-related deaths" compared to other industrialized countries. For this reason, I have been so passionate about this theme due to the increasing occurrences of gun violence in societies and the continuous debate on gun control measures in America. The research is chiefly motivated by the need to strongly develop knowledge on the causes of gun violence and find practical ways through which this vice can be prevented from reoccurring.

3. Audience Analysis: The primary audience for this paper will be policymakers, educators, and community leaders who are absorbed in addressing gun violence.
