Converse: "If Mark is an ailurophile, then Mark loves cats." Inverse: "If Mark doesn't love cats, then Mark is not an ailurophile." Contrapostive: "If Mark is not an ailurophile, then Mark doesn't love cats." Conditional propositions are called "if-then" propositions and the "if" proposition is the hypothesis and the "then" is the conclusion
