5. Build a model to predict Segment by PQuality through Delivery, using 2 different analysis techniques. Compare the two approaches and describe which one you prefer in this case.
6. Use PQuality through Delivery to develop an alternative segmentation scheme. How many segments did you find/create? How many cases per segment? Which variables are most important in determining segment membership? How would you describe each segment?
