Changes to the initial development plan will be handle by the project manager, project sponsor, steering committee, and project control board as follows.

The project manager.

All changes that have to be made to the initial project plan have to be communicated to the project manager. If the request for change is within the project managers mandate to implement, he/she will assume the responsibility of communicating the change to the project sponsor and the other members of the project team. The project manager communicates and engage stakeholders. This is and will be done to develop a comprehensive communication plan to inform stakeholders about the proposed changes, their impact, and the reasons behind them. Stakeholders engagement will be done early in the process to gather their feedback, address concerns, and ensure their support. Regular updating of stakeholders on the progress of the change management process will be ensured by the project manager. Were the request for change has been made and it is not within the mandate of the project manager to implement the changer, the request for change will be handled by the project sponsor.

Project sponsor.

The project sponsor will assume the responsibility of handling changes that can not be handled by the project manager for whatever reasons. Together with project manager and the change management team, the project sponsor will be responsible for assessing the impact of the changes by identifying potential changes that may arise during the project, such as modifications to the app's features, timeline adjustments, or resource reallocations. Evaluate the impact of these changes on the project scope, budget, timeline, and stakeholders. Prioritize changes based on their importance and feasibility.

Change management team/Steering committee.

The change management team comprising the project manager, key stakeholders, and representatives from the development, user experience design, data security, and marketing teams. This team will be responsible for overseeing the change management process and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Project control board.

An independent body of expects will be constituted to effect the change management process were the change management team/steering committee is incapacitated to implement the requested changes to the Budget app project. The roles of the project control board will include monitoring and evaluating the changes by continuously monitoring the implemented changes to assess their effectiveness and identify any unforeseen issues or challenges, collect feedback from users, stakeholders, and the project team to evaluate the impact of the changes on the app's performance, user experience, and overall project success. Make adjustments as needed and address any issues that arise promptly. Together with the project manager, the project control board will document the lessons learned from the change management process, including successes, challenges, and best practices and share these insights with the project team and stakeholders to enhance future change management efforts and improve overall project management practices.
