Scenario 1

A small craft brewery is looking at marketing a competitive new craft beer. It is deciding to target market the beer to a male/female crowd. Create a cxross tab analysis with the following data

18+ male female

alcohol

beer consumed personally

period: most current period or next most current period

Generate the crosstab analysis and export your results to excel. Using the Excel feature, chart the top 10 products including sample size data.

Scenario 2 Using

Using the same target age group target create a similar crosstab analysis for the cities of Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver.

Write a synopsis of your findings. Is there a difference of beer preference between cities for this target group? What type of beer should this brewery produce to be competitive?
