Use the distance or length tool to show the length of one side of the pentagon. then use any tools necessary, make a dilation reflection of the pentagon centered at O with a stretching coefficient of 4. Hide any intermediate shapes that you needed to use to make the dilative reflection and leave only the original pentagon and the final pentagon visible
