Locate and correctly cite the provision of the U.S.C. that prohibits the deposit of unstamped mail into a letterbox, and briefly summarize the contents of the statute. In your opinion, do you think the statute applies to personal mail?

2. A 60-year old client has come to your law office to inquire about suing for employment discrimination, as he was told by his employer, an airline, that he must retire at age 60.. What are Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications that permit an employer to discriminate against retaining or promoting certain employees?

3. Your client and his girlfriend got into a heated argument in San Antonio, and he forcibly shoved her into a car, locked the doors, and drove to Louisiana for a romantic make-up weekend in a luxurious casino hotel in Lake Charles. Is that kidnapping under the federal statutes?

4. A company is considering buying a slaughter facility, but want to know if they are subject to any federal statutes regarding the method of slaughter of the animals, as the company shareholders are opposed to governmental regulation of their business practices.
