Use the virtual system template Metal_Bender.prx from the Automation Studio package, Figure 1, available with this statement. The system is already wired, program a command by GRAFCET which satisfies the following operation: 1) By pressing Start_PB (blue button), a metal sheet is loaded (action: Reload). 2) After a period of 4 seconds, cylinder A extends to block the sheet and remains in position extended (action: Sol_A+). 3) After 5 seconds, cylinder B extends to bend the sheet, and retracts (actions: Sol_B+, then Sol_B-). 4) After a period of 4 seconds, the cylinder C unfolds in turn to finalize the folding of the plate, then retracts (actions: Sol_C+, then Sol_C-). The system returns to the initial state.
