d$.$ Put your name in a TITLE$2$ statement.

e$.$ Redo the plot using solid blue bars.

f$.$ Most of the examples in the book use the ODS HTML option to capture SAS output. For this exercise, capture the output using ODS RTF $($word processing$)$ and print the results.
