Vincent has done a lot of thinking about justice and civil rights, and he believes that all people deserve an equal chance to have similar jobs that pay the same amount of money regardless of anything besides the work being done. As a result, Vincent hires a diverse workforce, and all of the people on that workforce receive the same amount of money for doing the same kind of work.
