We are searching for a candidate who is passionate about learning, possesses a strong creative problem-solving ability, and has a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications
Qualifications youll bring:
o Enrolled in an undergraduate degree or postgraduate program in a related field and be able to work from September 2024- December 2024.
o Highly detail oriented and pay close attention to the specifics of problems, questions and projects.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o The ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
o Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills; great attitude and go-getter spirit.
o Strong passion to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
o Ability to ask for help when needed, while taking steps to problem solve independently.
o Curiosity in Learning & Development.
o Data driven.
Responsibilities
How youll lead:
o Work alongside the Sr. Training Program Manager to provide any support required, while also working with cross-functional teams.
o Conduct research on industry trends and best practices related to learning and development.
o Assist in the creation and maintenance of training programs.
o Develop and edit training materials such as presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules.
o Conduct training evaluations to gather feedback on the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
o Participate actively in team events, both on and offsite.
Please note that we are a hybrid team, and the candidate is expected to be in office at least twice a week.
