3) Department of Transportation: The Department of Transportation would need to receive data that the AUV is inspecting and identifying all possible types of damage, and that the system is accurate in its diagnosis.

4) Power Source: The AUV would need to be powered by some kind of power source.

5) Boat Rescue: A boat rescue force that would pick up the AUV in case something happened and the AUV needs help.
