Using a template from Canva, Lucidpress, Office, or another application of your choosing,createa brochure of at least two pages in which you illustrate how Ethics and the Law impact Teaching and Learning. Your brochure should be visually pleasing and incorporate the following:

• An explanation of the importance of adhering to a code of ethics along with a link to an Educator's Code of Ethics which resonates with you
• A brief description of the licensure process in Virginia, and a link where more licensure information is available
• A brief definition of constitutional freedoms as they apply to educators along with links to information on three cases which have impacted these freedoms
• An overview of student privacy rights, and
• A description of how schools can limit and protect student rights along with links to three cases reflective of the rights you mention.
