Write a program to create a bar chart. Your program should allow a user to enter the data of their choice for a minimum of 3 items and then display a bar chart comparing each item by displaying a row of asterisks to represent the data. The data values should be in similar number format, i.e. single numbers (1-10), multiples of 10 (10 99), multiples of 100, etc. If the data values are greater than 10, the numbers should be able to be broken down and represented in single digits; for instance, if the data items represent numbers greater than 100, each item should represent the asterisks in 100s.

Note: Make sure to use data validation where possible
