Write a program using STL to determine the second maximum element in a list of integers. The program will have a function that will receive a pointer to the list and return the largest element in the list. The program will randomly create a list of N integers (from 4 56) then use this function to find the second largest in the list. The list size N will be input by the user. (Do not sort or change the list)
